Mazour Czech Pilz

Czech Pilsner | 5.25% ABV

A lightly hopped pilsner. Pilsner Malt, Dextrin, and Munich 10 malts, hopped with Saaz, and fermented with our Lager House Strain. Named after the Mazour family of Boerne. Poured on a traditional Side Pour.

Stoppage Time Pilsner

West Coast Pilsner | 5.2% ABV

A West Coast inspired pilsner. When the 90 minutes are up, the real work begins. Stoppage Time +2 is our tribute to the beautiful game and the beautiful marriage of two styles. We took authentic Czech, floor malted Tchecomalt and threw it into "Extra Time" with a heavy hitting West Coast trio of Centennial, Amarillo and El Dorado hops. Crisp, citrusy, and built for the final whistle. Brewed in Boerne for the world stage.

BB Kolsch

Kolsch | 5.3% ABV

Our collaboration with Twisted X Brewing in Dripping Springs, this German style Kolsch is brewed with German pilsner, cologne malt, bavarian pilsner and dextrin malts. Bittered with Columbus hops with German Tradition for aroma and flavor and fermented with a German kolsch yeast.

Weiss's Hefeweizen

Hefeweizen | 5.6% ABV

Our German Hefeweizen brewed with Bavarian Pilsner, wheat, crystal 120 and 150 malts, bittered with columbus hops with cascade for flavor and aroma and fermented with a German wheat beer yeast strain.

Strawberry Rhubarb Seltzer

Hard Seltzer | 6.1% ABV

Our House seltzer. We use all natural cane sugar and Lutra gluten free yeast to make it. Then add Strawberry Rhubarb Craft Puree to the fermenter before packaging. Gluten free but made in a brewery with lots of gluten, aka beer!

Hazy Weekend

Hazy Pale Ale | 4.9% ABV

Hamby's house Pale Ale. Easy to drink, lots of passionfruit and grapefruit peel notes. 2 Row, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat and Dextrin Malts plus lactose. Billy Goat Farms Columbus Hops, with Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic in the boil and dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Fermented with Fermoale New-E, a hazy New England IPA strain with tropical and citrus notes.

Fruhlingsfest

German Amber Lager | 5.9% ABV

Fruhlingsfest means Spring Festival in German, and we like to give homage to our German ancestry in Boerne. The Fruhlings beer is a sister beer to our Oktoberfest Marzan that we release late summer. German Munich, Pilsner Malt, and Crystal 40, and a touch of Biscuit malts make this a bready amber. Easy to drink on warm days, and enough malt character to keep our darker beer drinkers happy over these warming days. Bittered with Columbus, and German Hallertau and Tettnang for aroma and flavor. Fermented with our house lager strain. Prost to Fruhlings!

Creekside IPA

India Pale Ale | 7.3% ABV

Cibolo Creek Brewing Co's house India Pale Ale brewed with 2 row, dextrin and crystal 40 malts, hop extract for bittering, Falconers Flight and Zythos in the mash, Ekuanot, Falconers Flight and Zythos added at whirlpool and double dry hopped for flavor and aroma, fermented with our house American ale yeast.

Czech Mate Dark Czech Lager

Czech Dark Lager | 5.1% ABV

A traditional Czech Dark Lager featuring Bohemian and Weyermann floor-malted Pilsner malts with layers of Biscuit, Aromatic, Vienna, and Chocolate malts. Columbus hops provide balanced bitterness, while Saaz adds classic earthy spice. Rich, smooth, and endlessly drinkable. Na zdravi!

Right Hand Milk Stout

Milk Stout | 5.2% ABV

A rich American Milk Stout featuring a robust Pale Ale base with layers of Munich, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Crystal 45, Crystal 60, and deeply roasted Chocolate malts, rounded out with sweet lactose. Chinook hops provide a grounding bitterness, while a late Perle addition adds subtle earthy spice. Served on nitro for a velvety, cascading mouthfeel, this cheeky stout is dark, creamy, and endlessly drinkable.
